You are a Gift

Dec 14, 2021

“The divine spark that you seek is already within you. Allow it to shine through you unobstructed and it will eternally light your way.”― Omar Cherif

During this “gifting” time of year, a significant amount of our physical and emotional energy becomes depleted. Meaning, we get so “wrapped up” (pun intended) in what we are going to buy someone during the holidays. At times, it can be exhausting to find gifts for others. Will the individual like the intended gift, or a gift card, or something on Amazon?

I think this is the perfect time to begin a new practice of gifting to yourself.

At Art Soul and Horses, we aim to help clients find new practices that honor who they are and explore their own gifts. What can you give to yourself this time of year? Are you able to discover a new ritual? This is not at all about buying something; it’s just a simple, new ritual that you can explore in your journaling. Perhaps you embrace a peaceful setting or resting place with your animals and reflect on your inner thoughts.

I love the notion of charismatic gifts. Charismatic gifts are the invisible gifts that help us fulfill our state in life, our connection to the holy spirit or the divine light in all of us. How would you like these gifts to be present in your life?

Grace
Faith
Healing
Voice
Wisdom
Self-Compassion

What does it feel like to live in grace? Do you have faith in your power to transform your life? How would it feel to know you can heal your mind, body, and spirit? How would having the gift of a powerful voice feel? What would you say? How could you practice more self-compassion? What would that feel like?

We invite you to explore your divine light, your gifts, and your divinity.

You are loved!
