Looking to the Night Sky for Inspiration and Guidance

Jul 20, 2022

“We are travelers on a cosmic journey, stardust, swirling and dancing in the eddies and whirlpools of infinity. Life is eternal. We have stopped for a moment to encounter each other, to meet, to love, to share. This is a precious moment. It is a little parenthesis in eternity.”

—Paulo Coelho

As I walk this journey of life with you, I want you to remember the importance of taking time to find inspiration and sitting under the night sky. I believe that, under an open star-filled sky, there is a divine connection to your soul’s voice. Whatever pain, frustration, or sadness you may be experiencing at this very moment, know there will be light for you ahead. Inspiration is key to your evolution. It is my job to help you navigate through difficult times and understand there will be the light of a new day and a new beginning for you. I also love the concept that we are all from the stars. There is magic out there; I promise you.

Ten years ago, I found myself lying on a cot next to a horse corral on top of a mountain under a star-filled sky. Miss Shewka and me. We had spent the last 11 months together on a journey of reconciling the loss of my beloved horse Yanni. My mind often drifts back to that night and the beauty, safety, and inspiration the night sky held for me. Spending the night under a star-lit sky can be a wonderful way to connect with that inspired voice that lives inside you. It’s in there; you just need to take the quiet time to connect with that inner galaxy that lives within. It all starts with finding more time to step outside and look up to the night sky—connecting with the stars, the galaxies, the angels, and the souls that guide you through this life. I promise the voice will arise and remind you of your story, your purpose, and your divine light.

On that night, I fondly remember Shewka stayed right by me until morning. It felt like we were holding this beautiful space for each other. I found myself tossing and turning most of the night and frequently reaching my hand through the pipe corral. Every time, Shekwa was right by my side, I would softy rub her pregnant belly and occasionally feel the movement of new life inside her. Since Shewka had been sick during the last three months of her pregnancy, this was a time of great anticipation and some fear. I remember this moment distinctly: Looking up from my bed through a large opening in the pine tree. It was like a window to the universe, a wreath of pine branches filled with stars. In that moment, I felt a calm voice rise inside and begin to whisper to me.

Know that the true meaning of life and divine guidance comes to us when we listen to the voices in our heart. Just be there for Miss Shewka. She loves you too and is forever grateful for your time and love. Always know that, in our darkest moments, we can choose to see the light. We can choose this. We can move beyond pain and see the beauty in new life and journeys. That is the magic. Anything in possible when we connect with our angles and love more.

Love from beyond the veil, Yanni

My wish for you is you will take the time to connect with a divine, star-lit summer sky, and you will capture that brilliant voice that lives within you. Remember that you are loved and surrounded by heavenly souls always and forever. Allow that beautiful cosmic fire that lives inside you radiate always.

Surrounding you with love, light, and inspiration~
